Terms & Conditions

• Against the terms and conditions of this agreement.
• To carry persons or property for hire.
• To carry more persons than it is licenced for.
• To propel or tow any vehicle, trailer or other object.
• To transfer or carry heavy luggage or objects, inflammable materials, staining or badly smelling goods,
• narcotics, explosives, arms, etc.
• While customer or any other driver of the vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, hallucinatory drugs,
• narcotics or barbiturates.
• Outside of Corfu unless previous consent has been given by the company.

The customer must return the vehicle to the agreed location at the agreed time. We have the right to repossess the vehicle at any time at the customer’s expenses in cases where the vehicle is being used in violation of our agreement.

Customer is responsible for any fines or penalties acquired during the period of rental.

The vehicle must not be operated or driven by any other person other than those named as drivers on the agreement.

During the rental period the customer assumes full responsibility to take care of the vehicle, to check its mechanical condition, the oil, water etc. As well as tyres and general driving conditions of the vehicle.

Customer must always lock the vehicle when not in use and take all precautions to prevent its theft or the pilferage of its
accessories.

Customer is responsible for removing and checking they have all belongings before returning the vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any belongings left behind.

In the event of an accident customer must contact us immediately and let us deal with all the procedures.

The company has the right to provide a substitute car in the unavoidable instant where the original car is unavailable. In this case the customer will be provided with a same category car or a higher category car (NEVER LOWER)

Our cars come with basic insurance which covers you for CDW, third party and personal accident. This comes with an excess , please check your excess it is different group have different excess   and we will require, and hold your card details until the car is returned undamaged.

For full peace of mind during your holiday we offer you full insurance cover with reduced excess.
This covers you for EVERYTHING including:
CDW
Third party
Personal accident
Windscreen protection
Tyres
Glass
Undercarriage protection
Mirrors.

Baby seat (0-18 kg)

Booster seat  (18-36 kg)

Are available on our website  Baby seat for ages 0-5 years old and booster seat for ages  to 6 and up  t, depending on height and weight. If you are not sure which one you have to choose please contact us through mail or telephone for more information.  ).

Corfu Port: Please pick your car up from our office located in the passenger terminal.
PLEASE NOTE -Pay on arrival bookings   must notify us
if they are delayed for any reason and will not be able to make the agreed pick up time,
otherwise the car will only be held for 45 minutes.

Corfu Airport: A member of staff will be waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival with a royal car rental sign.

Gouvia Marina: We will deliver your car direct to you at the time requested. Please make sure we can contact you via mobile phone.

Hotels and villas: We will deliver your car direct to you at the time requested. Please make sure we can contact you via mobile phone.

we have 3 age groups Under Age 20-22-Over Age 69-75 and age 23-68

All age groups have different insurance policies and its easy to navigate on our website
The Age group 23-68 can cover with Royal Full insurance with reduced excess
the other age groups have excess but we have the option to minimise it
